說明：
一、依據衛生福利部中央健康保險署107年9月13日健保企字第1070038503號函辦理。
二、該署為促進大眾對健保的認同及認知度，期透過年輕族群的角度，將健保特色和情感訴求，及對未來健保改革之期待，經由微電影來傳達並感動人心，以提升全民對健保的瞭解及強化珍惜醫療資源之必要性及重要性，特辦理旨揭微電影競賽。
三、本競賽徵件時間自即日起至107年10月15日(星期一)下午5時止，網路票選時間自107年10月16日至107年10月31日止，最高獎金新臺幣5萬元，參加對象為全國大專院校（含研究生）、高中職及國中在學學生及應屆畢業生。
