一、金車文教基金會為推展「愛讓世界轉動 兒少公益行動」世界公民教育理念，今年9月特邀請美國臺裔少女林心瑜（Cassandra Lin）來台巡迴演講，林心瑜於10歲開始美國羅德島的社區廢油回收計畫，因為關心生活周遭，他將新聞要文串連起來，發現社區廢油問題及貧困家庭冬天暖氣不足，進一步宣導廢油回收再製，造福街友及貧困家庭。14歲獲CNN十大傑出青年以及歐巴馬兩度晉見鼓勵，林心瑜現為史丹佛大學學生，廢油回收計劃在美持續進行。
二、「Young Power論壇」─CNN十大傑出青年林心瑜
