二、旨揭認證報名期間自即日起至107年6月30日（星期六）止，測驗日期訂於107年8月12日（星期日）假臺灣師範大學進修推廣學院辦理。
三、有意申請者，請逕至原住民族委員會網站（網址：http://www.apc.gov.tw/portal/index.html）下載申請表單，填妥申請相關表件後併同佐證文件裝入信封，於信封註明「申請原住民族語言能力認證審查」，於前揭期限內寄至國立臺灣師範大學進修推廣學院（地址：10699臺北師大郵局第13號信箱，以郵戳為憑）。
