二、中華民國西洋棋協會舉辦學生盃比賽於去年列入教育部升學輔導指定盃賽事並輔導辦理西洋棋進學校講習課程，以利西洋棋活動推廣。
三、「103年西洋棋進學校」講習課程擬於 :第一場桃園縣:日期103年11月22日至23日上午9:00假桃園縣體育處大樓一樓會議室。第二場新竹市 :日期103年11月29日至30日上午9:00假國立清華大學風雲樓3樓。第三場台北市 :日期103年12月6日至7日上午9:00假台北市立大學公誠樓415議室。第四場台中市:日期103年12月13日至14日上午9:00假台中市大墩國民小學。第五場台南市 :日期103年12月20日至21日上午9:00假台南市裕農里活動中心。
