二、旨揭活動係為促進社會大眾關注臺灣的豐富文化，鼓勵熱愛攝影國人發揮創意，將視覺感動與震撼，透過相機捕捉光影的藝術，呈現令人驚豔的臺灣自然與人文樣貌，讓生活中感動片刻轉化為藝術之美，分享臺灣獨特的力與美，以「人」為元素，訴說真、善、美的故事，見證臺灣生命力。
三、活動相關訊息如下：
(一)參賽資格：具中華民國國籍且年滿20歲以上。
(二)創作主題：「臺灣生命力」。
(三)收件日期：即日起至106年8月15日（星期二）止。
(四)收件地址：臺灣銀行企劃部收（100臺北市中正區重慶南路一段120號）。
(五)報名方式：掛號郵寄或親送，參賽封套上請註明「2017臺灣銀行藝術祭-攝影季」，以郵戳為憑，請用硬紙板保護，不得捲起置於筒內。
