主旨：轉知澎湖縣106學年度預估有減班超額教師情形及初聘教師服務年限等注意事項，請轉知所屬教師如有意願經由臺閩地區公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介聘至各該學校服務

說明：
一、依據澎湖縣政府106年4月21日府教學字第1060903698號函辦理。
二、因受少子女化影響，該縣國中小面臨減班超額教師情形，有意經由臺閩地區公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介聘至各該學校服務者，應審慎考慮。
三、另依據離島建設條例第12-1條規定：「為保障離島地區學生之受教權，離島地區高級中等以下學校初聘教師應實際服務六年以上，始得提出申請介聘至臺灣本島地區學校。
」爰經由臺閩地區介聘至該縣服務之初聘教師，應實際於調入學校服務六年以上，始得提出申請介聘至臺灣本島地區學校，請有意介聘至該縣服務者應一併考量。
