二、為強化公部門掌握地方公共治理與管理發展最新趨勢及議題，研習中心於106年5月5日（星期五）在東海大學推廣部大會議廳（地址：臺中市西屯區台灣大道四段1727號）舉辦旨揭學術研討會，相關報名資訊說明如下：
(一)線上報名：參加人員請至地方行政研習中心e學中心（網址：http://elearning.rad.gov.tw）線上報名：於首頁點選中文版，並以個人帳號密碼或自然人憑證登入，登入後點選「實體課程報名作業」─進入「實體訓練專區」─點選「報名作業」─再輸入報名代碼【123456789Y】─選擇「2017年第三屆地方公共治理與發展學術研討會」並點選「報名」─將個人資料詳細填註─確認後按「報名」送出，即完成報名手續；欲查詢報名結果，請至前述報名網頁查詢，有出現該班期資料即表示報名成功，如狀態欄位顯示「未確認」，係因報名流程尚在處理中，並非表示未完成報名。
(二)報到日期、時間、地點，研習中心將另以e-mail方式通知參加者本人，請於線上報名時，務必確實填寫「本人電子信箱」、「服務機關人事單位信箱」及「手機號碼」，以利作業（未正確填寫，該中心無法通知到訓，將會影響參加機會）。
