一、依據教育部105年9月30日臺教資(六)字第1050135010號函辦理。
二、依據「環境教育法」第18條規定：「機關、公營事業機構、學校及政府捐助基金累計超過50%財團法人，應指定人員推廣環境教育。前項學校所指定之人員，應自該法施行之日起5年內(105年6月4日前)，依第10條規定取得認證」。
三、為協助學校環境教育推廣人員以經歷管道申請環境教育人員認證，教育部委託社團法人台灣環境管理協會(以下稱環管協會)辦理旨揭研習。
四、教育部業於105年3~4月間業辦理2場次研習，為擴大服務，特與臺中市政府教育局合作加開第3場次，研習資訊如下：
(一)研習對象：全國各級學校教師、行政人員且尚未取得環境教育人員認證者(大專校院及高級中等學校優先)。
(二)日期：105年11月7、8、14、15日，共4天。
(三)地點：朝陽科技大學。

(五)報名時間：105年10月3日(星期一)開始報名，額滿為止。
(六)本案參與人員於課務自理之原則下，由各所屬學校依權責核予公(差)假登記。

五、本市迄今尚未通過環境教育人員認證之學校計有頂社國小、私立諾瓦國民小學、私立有得雙語中小學及私立康萊爾國民中小學等4校，請務必派員參與旨揭研習，另亦歡迎本市各級學校教職員踴躍報名參加。
