一、依據財團法人中華民國證券暨期貨市場發展基金會105年6月7日證基字第1050000592號函辦理。
二、金融監督管理委員會與教育部合作推動「金融基礎教育推廣計畫」，旨在透過學校教育，培養學生從小正確的消費及理財、信用之價值觀。為配合該計畫推行，臺灣證券交易所特別規劃並由財團法人中華民國證券暨期貨市場發展基金會承辦105年度「全國教師證券知識研習營」，希望藉由對各級學校教師宣導，以達深化證券金融教育知識，再傳授予學子正確的理財觀念，期許養成負責任的態度，在生活中學以應用，落實金融教育之紮根工作。
