一、依據本局105年5月24日桃教小字第1050038026號函續辦。
二、旨揭計畫摘錄如下(詳見實施計畫)：
(一)徵文主題：依本市品格教育12項核心價值【誠信】、【尊重】、【合作】、【欣賞】、【勤儉】、【正義】、【負責】、【謙恭】、【關懷】、【感恩】、【禮節】、【孝敬】等擇一為主題撰文。
(二)徵文對象：本市各公私立高中職、國中及國小(高年級)學生、教師及家長。
(三)收件方式：
１、第一階段：各校校內初選。
(１)國中60班(含)以上之學校：每校至少自選兩項品格核心價值為主題，各薦送一篇。
(２)國中60班以下之學校、全市國小各校：每校至少自選一項品格核心價值為主題，薦送一篇。
(３)公私立高中職：每校至少自選一項品格核心價值主題，薦送一篇。
２、第二階段：各校於105年9月15日(星期四)前(以郵戳為憑)將校內初選獲選文章暨相關報名表件寄送至內壢國中輔導室輔導組(地址：320桃園市中壢區復華一街108號、電話：(03)4522494分機611)參加全市複選。
三、檢附旨揭活動實施計畫1份。
