一、依據文化部影視及流行音樂產業局105年5月27日局影(推)字第1053003094號函辦理。
二、該局為推廣電影影像教育扎根，促進人文藝術及美學知能提升；本屆研習營課程包含電影賞析、美學理論分析討論、體驗及實作等，培養學生獨立思辨與觀點建立，以及關懷社會的感知能力，藉由「看電影」從中思考影片中的議題與符號，進而與自身產生連結、獲得啟發，期以多元豐富活動內容，提升學子參與電影製作興趣，並培養電影賞析能力。
三、活動相關訊息如下：
(一)活動地點：宜蘭（國立宜蘭大學）、台中（逢甲大學）及高雄（國立高雄大學）等三地，各舉辦一梯次（四天三夜）。
