一、中信學校財團法人中信中學階段實驗教育機構籌備處（以下簡稱本機構）係依《高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育實施條例》相關規定，經臺南市政府教育局許可籌設之實驗教育機構，目前已向臺南市政府教育局申請立案許可。
二、本機構預計於105學年度正式辦理非學校型態之機構實驗教育，課程規劃兼顧中信集團之實驗教育理念，及高級中學轉銜與國內升學考試之需求，可提供特殊學習傾向學生之所需，乃為教育學習與升學之另一選擇。
三、本機構辦學宗旨為「公益為先、助弱扶優」，除提供豐富之資源協助優秀學生精進學習外，特設立「希望助學金」，保留部份名額協助家境困頓學生免於經濟壓力而能順利升學，讓優秀之公益生藉由教育脫貧，翻轉人生。凡申請本機構之實驗教育，並符合本機構所訂補助條件者，皆可申請本校「希望助學金」。
