主旨：轉知連江縣轉任、介聘年限及教師超額等資訊，詳如說明，請欲申請介聘至該縣所轄學校服務之教師應審慎考慮。
說明：
該縣轉任、介聘年限、超額情形及規定如下：
(一)專任輔導教師不得轉任其他教師職務。
(二)東莒國民小學及敬恆國民中小學（國小部）105學年度因少子化情形嚴重，預估減班致教師超額。另，?里國民小學預訂107學年度進行資源整併計畫，將產生教師超額情形。
(三)依據離島建設條例第12條之1第1項規定「為保障離島地區學生之受教權，離島地區高級中等以下學校初聘教師應實際服務六年以上，始得提出申請介聘至台灣本島地區學校。」。
