| 一、 | 依據105年3月9日本市105年國民中學教師介聘暨甄選作業籌備會議決議辦理。 |
| 二、 | 105年度本市國中教師介聘市內他校服務申請作業採網路資料填報方式辦理，請有意申請介聘市內他校之教師，於105年4月15日（星期五）上午8時至105年4月20日（星期三）下午5時自行上網（網址：http://home.ltjhs.tyc.edu.tw/~105teacher/）填報基本資料、積分及介聘學校志願序。資料填報期間未上網完成填報者，視同放棄本年度市內介聘資格。 |
| 三、 | 申請介聘市內他校教師請於105年4月21日（星期四）上午8時至105年4月22日（星期五）下午5時自行登入前揭網站，列印申請表並檢附相關文件，送各校業務單位審核。 |
| 四、 | 另本市「105年辦理國民中學教師介聘市內他校服務注意事項」與其他相關資料將經本市國中教師介聘聯合服務小組討論通過後，一併公告於前揭網站。 |
| 五、 | 檢附本市105年國民中學教師市內介聘網路填報作業流程1份。 |
| 六、 | 經達成介聘之教師至他校接受教師評審委員會審查，請核予公假登記。 |
