| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部105年3月14日臺教師(一)字第1050032933號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據教育部96年5月30日台人(三)字第0960082042號函，其說明二略以：「護理教師於轉任健康與護理科教師後，其所折抵教育實習之2年任教年資，以其係屬專任護理教師年資且有實際授課事實，與本部88年10月11日臺(88)人(三)自第88117089號函釋所謂以實(懸)缺代理(課)或試用教師年資用以折抵教育實習而不得併計為退休年資之情況有別，且護理教師專任健康與護理科教師係配合本部政策，爰護理轉任健康與護科教師時，其所折抵教育實習之2年任教年資，准予併計為教師退休年資。」 |
| 三、 | 綜上，護理教師於轉任健康與護理科教師後，其所折抵教育實習之2年任教年資，以其係屬專任護理教師年資且有實際授課事實，教育部同意採計為資深優良教師年資。 |
