一、依據「環境教育法」第18條規定：「機關、公營事業機構、學校及政府捐助基金累計超過50%財團法人，應指定人員推廣環境教育。前項學校所指定之人員，應自本法施行之日起5年內(105年6月4日前)，依第10條規定取得認證」。
二、為協助學校環境教育推廣人員以經歷管道申請環境教育人員認證，教育部委託社團法人台灣環境管理協會(以下稱環管協會)辦理旨揭研習。
三、研習資訊如下：
(一)研習對象：各級學校教職員欲以經歷管道申請環境教育人員認證者。
(二))A班(北區)研習資訊：
１、日期：105年3月7日~8日、3月14日~15日，共4天。
２、地點：臺北市萬華區老松國民小學。

(三)B班(南區)研習資訊：
１、日期：105年4月11日~12日、4月18日~19日，共4天。
