主旨：轉知教育部重申104學年第2學期開學日相關事宜一案，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部105年1月26日臺教授國字第1050003665號函暨本局104年7月13日桃教小字第1040044727號函辦理。
二、依教育部所定「各級學校學生學年學期假期辦法」規定，104學年寒假起訖日期為105年1月21日（星期四）至2月10日（星期三），又104學年度寒假配合行政院人事行政總處核定之105年政府行政機關辦公日曆表，農曆除夕及春節假期自2月6日（星期六）至2月14日（星期日），農曆除夕適逢星期日，於2月11日（星期四）補假，同時調整2月12日（星期五）為放假日，則實際正式上課日期為105年2月15日（星期一）。
三、爰104學年度第2學期原開學日應為105年2月12日（星期五），並為開學第1週，至上述因應行政院人事行政總處核定公布105年2月12日（星期五）彈性調整之放假，應於105年2月20日(星期六)補行上課。
