一、依銓敘部104年12月9日部法二字第1044039522號函辦理，並檢附原函及其附件影本各1份。
二、依前揭來函說明略以，茲以公務人員為性別平等法適用對象，是女性公務人員因安胎依公務人員請假規則請病假（含延長病假）休養期間，如發生結婚或遇親屬死亡事實，在婚假或喪假給假期間內，得檢具相關證明文件，改請婚假或喪假，如尚有未實施之產前假亦得改請產前假，請畢所需之婚假、喪假或產前假後仍有安胎之需求，基於行政作業之簡化，得無庸檢證續請安胎病假（含延長病假）。
