一、旨揭計畫遴選3所領航學校及16所深耕學校，作為實施分組合作學習的觀摩學校，名單如下：
(一)領航學校：新北市坪林國中、新北市積穗國中、基隆市南榮國中。
(二)深耕學校：宜蘭縣凱旋國中、新北市福和國中、桃園市龍潭國中、臺中市日南國中、臺中市公明國中、臺中市崇倫國中、彰化縣鹿鳴國中、嘉義縣義竹國中、臺南市大成國中、臺南市後壁國中、高雄市文山高中、高雄市
青年國中、高雄市五福國中、高雄市阿蓮國中、屏東縣車城國中、臺東縣鹿野國中。
二、為鼓勵教師自主辦理或參與公開觀課，透過教師間的交流，彼此相互學習，精進教師專業能力，以達有效教學，進而提升學生學習成效。故此，於分組合作學習官網建置「
公開觀課系統」，以利各校至網站瀏覽及報名（網址：http：//http://www.coop.ntue.edu.tw/open_class.php）。
三、「領航學校」、「深耕學校」與「額外申請公開授課補助費之學校」須於線上登錄觀課時間與課程內容，並請發文教育局轉知他校公開授課資訊。
四、參與公開授課者之交通費及代課費，由本計畫補助各校實施計畫之經費支應。
五、檢送國立臺北教育大學原函1份。
