| 四、 | 講題：『教育新思維—認識翻轉教育』。 |
| 五、 | 講師：莊淇銘教授 (國立台北教育大學教育經營管理研究所教授)。 |
| 六、 | 請各校承辦處室協助事宜：(一)影印發放講座通知單（含報名表）(附件)。(二)完成家長報名統計表(參附件)並於104年11月19日前回傳，傳真：03-3490173，E-mail：kib36036@gmail.com以利本校彙整統計人數製作簽到簿。 |
| 七、 | 首次參加之家長於簽到時發予學習護照，日後參加其他場次，請攜帶本護照以累記認證章，家長可依教育學堂課程表選擇參加，同一年度參與4場以上者，將由桃園市政府頒發「學習楷模」獎，連續二年度參與4場以上者，發予「學習典範」獎。 |
| 八、 | 教師請於研習開始前上教師研習系統「楓樹國小」登錄報名，全程參與核予2小時研習時數。 |
| 九、 | 為響應環保，請自備環保杯具。 |
