主旨：為杜絕酒後駕車情形，重申本府同仁應落實酒後不開車及建立酒駕零容忍觀念。
說明：
一、為維護公務紀律，落實以身作則，貫徹政府杜絕酒後駕車決心，本府暨所屬各機關學校員工酒後駕車處理原則業於103年3月18日以府人考字第1030061414號函發布在案。
二、邇來，有部分同仁因酒後駕車未依規定於事發1週內主動告知情形，且審酌本府同仁酒後駕車，不論肇事與否，均將影響機關形象，甚至造成個人及他人生命財產損失，爰請各機關利用內部公開集會、新進人員訓練及其他相關場合，加強宣導所屬人員「酒後不開（騎）車」及建立酒駕零容忍觀念，且遇有同仁酒駕行為，應依前揭處理原則辦理。
三、另貴機關如有經審計部桃園市審計處查有違規酒駕，未依規定於事發1週內主動通報之人員，亦請依旨揭處理原則辦理後續懲處事宜，並於文到後1個月內將懲處結果（含懲處令）以電子郵件傳送本案承辦人（10014999@mail.tycg.gov.tw），俾利彙整。
