| 一、 | 依據桃園市生命線協會104年9月16日桃生壽字第104088號函辦理，另本局104年8月20日桃教學字第1040061266號函諒達。 |
| 二、 | 為協助國中畢業後暫時不想升學也尚未就業之青少年找到自我及未來方向，教育部青年發展署辦理旨揭計畫，期能透過生涯探索培訓及全程專業輔導，協助青少年了解自我，並建立自信心、團隊精神、溝通能力及學習就業能力。培訓後將依照學員狀況，協助其就學、就業或參加職業訓練。 |
| 三、 | 招生對象如下： |
| (一) | 年齡：15-19歲。 |
| (二) | 身分：國中畢業(修業完成)或高級中等學校休、退學者。 |
| (三) | 現況：目前未升學為就業且未參加任何職訓課程者。 |
| 四、 | 招生日期與名額：自即日起招生至額滿為止，預計招生名額為13人。 |
| 五、 | 開課日期：預計於104年10月31日開課。 |
