| 一、 | 依據原住民族委員會104年9月3日原民教字第1040050152號暨教育部104年9月1日臺教社(四)字第1040120365號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本活動之表揚對象包含：機關（構）、公私立幼兒園、學校、學校認可之學生社團（團隊）、依法立案之團體及法人組織、學校教職員工及實際從事本土語言推展之個人等。 |
| 三、 | 凡有下列事蹟之一者，均得予以推薦： |
| (一) | 從事本土語言之創作、展演、傳播或推廣，足以振奮人心。 |
| (二) | 從事本土語言復育、調查、研究或出版，具相當成效。 |
| (三) | 捐資成立或充實有關本土語言之圖書館、博物館或其他文教設施。 |
| (四) | 成立、獎助成立或捐贈成立推展本土語言著有績效之團體。 |
| 四、 | 推薦單位繳交之資料，不予退還。 |
| 五、 | 推薦單位應詳填推薦表及檢附相關證明文件，以掛號寄交承辦單位。 |
| 六、 | 推薦案件應於每年十月三十一日前（以郵戳為憑）寄交承辦單位，逾期或資料不齊全者，不予受理。 |
