說明：
一、依據國立臺北教育大學104年8月13日北教大教經字第1040410155號函辦理。
二、旨揭公聽會辦理時間及地點，摘錄如下：
(一)南區：104年8月25日（星期二）下午2時起，假高雄市立苓洲國小（高雄市苓雅區四維四路61號）視聽教室（青葉館二樓）舉行。
(二)中區：104年8月26日（星期三）下午2時起，假臺中市立烏日國小（臺中市烏日區中山路二段196號）第二會議室舉行。
(三)北區：104年8月31日（星期一）下午2時起，假國立臺北教育大學（臺北市大安區和平東路二段134號）行政大樓六樓A605會議室舉行。
三、參與對象：
(一)教育部國民及學前教育署代表人員。
(二)全國性之校長、教師、家長及民間團體代表、該區地域性之校長、教師及家長團體代表。
(三)各直轄市、縣（市）政府教育局（處）代表、各級學校教育人員。
(四)關心本議題之一般民眾（每場次暫定10人）。
四、報名時間及方式：各場次說明會採e-mail報名，g109726011@grad.ntue.edu.tw或線上表單系統報名http：//ppt.cc/NclSt。請與會人員自即日起至各場次活動開始日前三日完成報名作業。報名截止後，將由主辦單位視各場次名額及參加人員報名順序，於活動開始日前，分別以電子郵件通知報名結果。
