二、旨揭事件中若所轄學生本人受傷，或是學生之親人或重要
他人於此事件中受到傷害之情形，或因目賭此事件而致使
學生產生心理上之恐懼或負面情緒者，請協助關心學生的
情緒反應，以適時提供幫助。
三、此次事件為突發事件，恐造成讓人失去自信、甚至無所適
從之感受，建議身邊的人除了用話語安撫外，亦請尊重當
事人不同的需要，給予適當的陪伴；請鼓勵當事人表達，
以抒發其情緒及壓力，建議身邊親友請儘可能的給予其空
間；學習同理當事人的感覺，不去否定或拒絕當事人表達
其自身之感受，最後，勿有自責或指責當事人之言語，並
請堅定地告訴當事人「這是意外事件，錯誤不在你」。
