一、依據國立中央大學104年5月29日中大文字第1043020021號函辦理。
二、課程日期及研習時數：第一梯次：104年7月25日至104年7月26日（週六至週日），每日6小時，研習時數兩日合計12小時。第二梯次：104年8月1日至104年8月2日（週六至週日），每日6小時，研習時數兩日合計12小時。
三、課程舉辦地點：國立中央大學黑盒子劇場（桃園市中壢區中大路300號人社大樓）。
四、課程費用：免課程報名費，由學員自備午餐。
五、報名方式與期程：請至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」線上報名（課程代碼第一梯次1791414；第二梯次1791417），並經承辦單位審核通過後，始完成研習報名程序。報名期程自104年5月30日起，至報名額滿為止。。
