一、請各校確實遵照旨揭收費基準及應注意事項等規定辦理，非屬雜費及各項代收代辦費項目者，不可出現於收費三（四）聯單上收取費用，避免有強迫收費之疑。
二、如向學生家長收取非屬核定代收代辦之收費項目表，應正式書面通知家長，載明收費摘要及明細，加蓋學校印信並加印「您若有任何疑問，請向本校查詢」字樣，以免招致誤會。
三、收支情形請定期公告，又各項採購請確實依政府採購法相關規定辦理，不得有規避情事；另各項收支項目均請確實依一般會計手續規定辦理。
四、請各校提供多元繳費方式供家長選擇，其中至少需包含1種免手續費方式，並請積極與家長會、銀行（農會或郵局）及超商溝通，以減少手續費繳納造成家長額外負擔。
五、請各校設立有關收費相關事宜之申訴或回應專線，以備民眾查詢瞭解並協助解決相關疑義。
六、學雜費及各項代收代辦費收取時間應於開學後實施，不得於學期結束前對學生收取下一學期之費用。
七、各校如向中低收入戶、低收入戶或家境清寒學生收取費用，請採彈性措施或適當方式予以援助，切勿強迫繳費。
