主旨：有關本館「學生志願公共服務」預約系統自115年3月1日起正式啟用，請貴校協助公告並轉知學生參與，請查照。
說明：
一、本館整合總館暨各分館報名管道，自115年3月1日（星期日）上午9時起，全面改採官方網站線上預約系統辦理，不
開放現場或電話報名。
二、旨案採按季開放預約模式（每年3、6、9、12月之1日），首波4月至6月之服務時段將於3月1日上午9時開放申請：
(一)每位學生每季最高限報6個時段（總計18小時）。
(二)學生服務當日應備齊學生證（或健保卡）、家長同意書（紙本）及志願服務學習手冊，並於預定時間前10分鐘抵達櫃檯報到。
(三)系統將於服務前7天自動發送提醒信（內含取消連結）；如因故無法出席，最遲應於服務日前3天辦理線上取消。
(四)如發生「無故未到」累計達3次（次數採全市各行政區總合累計計算）之情形，系統將自動執行停權3個月處分。
