主旨：轉知國立臺灣師範大學代管實驗合唱團辦理114年「天籟之音~媽媽教我的歌」音樂會專輯免費申請表，請貴校踴
躍申請，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、依據國立臺灣師範大學114年12月23日師大秘合字第1141036250號函辦理。
二、為落實教育部「美感中長程計畫」，透過學生參與藝文活動及競賽機會促進藝術生活化，提升學生美學素養及音樂
欣賞知能，特辦理旨揭音樂會專輯申請，先予敘明。
三、旨揭專輯內容收錄114年度「天籟之音~媽媽教我的歌」音樂會中，全國師生鄉土歌謠比賽特優學校之演出錄影，藉
由資源分享，促進全國藝文教育相互觀摩。
四、本專輯為免費索取，以學校為申請單位，每校限申請一份。
五、申請方式如下：
(一)請填妥申請表並完成用印後，掃描成PDF檔或JPG檔。
(二)請於114年12月26日前，將申請表寄送至電子郵件信箱：taiwannationalchoir@gmail.com；寄件主旨請註明「【索取114年「天籟之音」音樂會專輯】」。
(三)本案將依電子郵件寄達先後順序辦理登記，如已額滿，將以電子郵件通知申請學校。
六、檢附114年「天籟之音~媽媽教我的歌」音樂會專輯申請表一份。
