主旨： 有關教育部國民及學前教育署補助本市114學年度第1學期「 高級中等以下學校原住民優秀學生獎學金」申辦作業一案， 請依說明辦理，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下簡稱國教署)114年8月12日臺教國署原字第1145702723號函及「教育部國民及學前教育署補助高級中等以下學校發給優秀原住民學生獎學金要點」(以下簡稱本要點)辦理。
二、 本案獎學金、補助項目及基準請確依本要點規定辦理。
三、 請貴校依本要點規定，填妥申請表件，於期限內向本局提出 申請，逾期申請者，不予受理。申請方式說明如下：
(一) 學業優秀獎學金：請貴校提出申請，並由學校進行原住民資格審查(若原住民學生數較多請各校依原住民學生數之 5%送審)，於114年10月3日前(以郵戳為憑，逾期無法受理)，將申請資料寄(送)本局(免備文)(信封上請註明：114-1原住民學業優秀獎學金申請)，審查將視當次送件情況依各級教育階段原住民學生數之5%比例核配。
(二) 特殊才藝優秀獎學金：
１、 請貴校提出申請，並由貴校進行原住民資格審查，請於 115年5月1日前(以郵戳為憑，逾期無法受理)，將申請 資料寄(送)本局(免備文)(信封上請註明：114原住民才藝優秀獎學金申請)審核。
２、 個人單項才藝優秀獎學金之申請人需檢附114年4月15日 後參加教育部（含各司處）或國教署辦理之全國性個人 才藝競賽獲獎證件文件影本。
３、 團體賽特殊才藝獎學金之申請人需檢附114年4月15日後 參加參加教育部（含各司處）或國教署辦理之全國性競 賽，獲團體獎前三名證件文件影本。
４、 請留意「主辦單位」需為「教育部(含各司處)或國教署」所發放之獎狀，其餘皆不符合本獎學金申請條件（常見不符合如下:教育部體育署、各地方政府、○○協會/總會等）。
四、 請貴校承辦人確實審核申請人應具有原住民身分，未具原住 民身分者，則不符合申請資格。
五、 有關本計畫申請作業，本局補充提醒說明如下：
(一) 旨案計畫所訂之身分證明文件，係足以證明該生原住民身 分者。
(二) 本獎學金申請所檢附之文件，若為影本須加蓋「與正本相 符」與「學校承辦人職章」；學校承辦人亦須協助學生初 審文件之正確性及齊備性，以維護申請學生之權益。
(三) 貴校承辦人請詳實填寫申請合格名冊，俾利本局辦理複審 事宜，請貴校勿將申請表件直接寄至臺中市立長億高級中 學。
(四) 申請資格中有關「未領有其他政府機關及公營事業單位之 原住民學生獎學金」，係指不得重複領取針對原住民學生 所規劃之專屬獎學金，其餘一般獎學金及清寒獎學金則非 旨案要點重複領取所限制的範圍。
六、 有關「教育部國民及學前教育署補助高級中等以下學校原住 民優秀學生獎學金要點」、申請文件、注意事項及常見問題 ，請至臺中市立長億高級中學網站(https://cyhs.tc.edu.tw/index.php)首頁「校園重要公告」下載，倘有任何疑問，學業優秀獎學金部分，請洽長億高中陳先生，(04)22704022分機109；才藝優秀獎學金部分，請洽長億高中游小姐，(04)22704022分機108。
