一、申請健檢對象，以年滿40足歲以上(係指前一年度12月31日止滿40歲者)之編制內正式公教人員為限（不含技工、工友、代理教師）。但年度內留職停薪者於復職後始得申請本項健康檢查補助。另年度內退休之人員，仍得列為受檢對象，惟應於退休前完成檢查。
二、本項健康檢查以每二年申請一次為限。檢查費用每人3500元(校長6000元)之額度內覈實給予補助，如有超出，由申請人自行負擔。參加健康檢查人員得以公假登記；受檢人員以不影響公務或教學為原則。
三、受檢人員須事先向人事室提出公假申請及填妥公教人員健康檢查補助費申請表，並辦妥請假手續方得前往檢查。
四、實施健康檢查之項目，由受檢人員依補助額度及個人健康狀況，自行覓妥中央衛生主管機關評鑑為合格之醫療機構(尚不包含診所，合格醫療機構詳如附檔)檢查。
五、健康檢查費用由受檢人員先行負擔，應於完成健康檢查後2週內，檢附健康檢查繳費收據正本，向人事室申請補助。
六、另轉知「健康99─全國公教健檢方案」即日起由臺北市立聯合醫院中興院區等多家特約醫療院所承作至105年12月31日止，請同仁參考利用。有關特約醫療院所相關資訊，請逕至公務福利e化平台（網址：https://eserver.dgpa.gov.tw）公教健檢專區查詢。
