二、 為培養學生乃至國人作為數位時代公民所應具備關鍵能力，並促進社會正向發展，教育部於112年3月30日發布「數位時代媒體素養教育白皮書」，以培育「知情、負責、利他」之數位公民為願景，採用「善用媒體、善用科技、促進參與、系統學習」為推動原則，透過「深化學校教育、擴展終身教育、充實支援體系」3大面向，計7項主軸研擬30個行動方案，闡述未來媒體素養教育執行內容。
