二、臺北市影視音實驗教育機構(Taipei Media School，簡稱 TMS)是由臺北市政 府文化局與財團法人台北市文化基金會合作辦理，招收國中畢業(含應屆)或同 等學力，對音樂、展演、視覺技術暨行政有興趣的學生。
三、TMS 是全國第一所由政府捐助財團法人辦理的技術型實驗教育機構，也是臺北市第一所立案的非學校形態實驗教育機構，作家李遠（小野）擔任校長旨在培育高中階段影視音人才，已辦理6年，現招收第7屆新生。
四、TMS 學生在學期間領有學生身分證明，並可獲得國教署的學費補助，修業期滿、 成績及格者，由臺北市教育局發給完成實驗教育證明，可以同等學力報考大學。
