| 一、 | 依據內政部移民署111年1月5日移署移字第11001393282號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提供全國清寒及優秀之新住民及其子女適當關懷扶助及獎勵，同時鼓勵新住民積極參加技術士技能檢定取得證照，培養新住民子女特殊優秀才能，增加社會競爭力，特研訂旨揭計畫。 |
| 三、 | 有關旨揭計畫重點摘述如下： |
| (一) | 報名期間：預計自111年2月14日（星期一）至同年3月14日（星期一）止。 |
| (二) | 申請對象：新住民及其子女。 |
| (三) | 核發獎項及金額： |
| １、 | 包括新住民子女特殊才能獎勵金、總統教育獎勵金、新住民及其子女優秀及清寒獎(助)學金與新住民證照獎勵金。 |
| ２、 | 核發金額：視申請獎項核予3,000元至3萬元不等獎助(勵)學金。 |
| 四、 | 請各校推薦及鼓勵符合條件之新住民及其子女踴躍報名，並依限完成新住民及其子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統(https://sp.immigration.gov.tw)線上報名與寄送申請資料(含申請表及相關佐證資料)至該署(10066臺北市廣州街15號，移民事務組洪偉玲科員)彙辦兩項作業，報名期間如有異動，將另行通知。 |
