| 一.「世界百大入侵種」-小花蔓澤蘭，易攀爬纏繞阻斷植物光合作用，危害臺灣生態環境影響甚鉅，其繁殖能力極強，必須經年持續防除，以避免擴大蔓延；小花蔓澤蘭防治目前以人工拔除的方式為主，在每年開花結實前拔除（8-10月），是最好防治時機，除可預防小花蔓澤蘭開花結實外，同時藉由拔蔓，拔除小花蔓澤蘭之殘根，可避免隔年再萌發。另小花蔓澤蘭節及節間極易長出根及新芽，在除蔓的過程中需將其清離林地或集中覆蓋，以防其無性繁殖。 |
| 二. | 林務局訂定每年8月15日至9月15日為小花蔓澤蘭防治月，並選定9月第1個星期六為「小花蔓澤蘭全國防治日」，除舉行活動外亦辦理小花蔓澤蘭全年收購： |
| (一) | 收購項目：小花蔓澤蘭植物體。 |
| (二) | 收購時間：每週2天(星期二、四)下午。 |
| (三) | 收購地點：行政院農業委員會林務局新竹林區管理處大溪工作站、海岸林工作站、竹東工作站、大湖工作站、烏來工作站及三峽分站。 |
