二、請於110年4月9日（五）15:00-1700至平鎮高中校門口或網路查詢(http://www.pjhs.tyc.edu.tw)。為了試務公平性、完整性及安全性之考量，試場不開放。
三、測驗日期：110年4月10日（六）舉行，考生請憑准考證進出校門。
四、本次測驗將限縮陪同人員，限額規範如下：
1.不開放陪考家長入場。
2.應屆報名考生所屬學校得組成考生服務隊陪同，考生20人以下得配有2名、考生21人以上得配有3名。
3.身心障礙、重大傷病或突發傷病考生，得外加1名陪同人員協助照護。
4.應屆考生所屬學校應指派1名主要聯絡人填列及繳交實聯制登記表，向本校領取識別證。領取方式請洽平鎮高中特教組03-4287288#216（非應屆考生另請單獨洽詢)
5.健康切結聲明書(每位考生皆需繳交給各校承辦人)及實聯制登記表(共2頁)詳如附件。
6.其他考生防疫注意事項另由中央核備後，陸續公告並統一以電子郵件方式寄發全體考生。
