一、茲因2014年第三屆世界盃青少年繪畫大賽組委會 於103年12月2日來函變更大賽通知，函中指出：世界繪畫大賽組委會與聯合國兒童基金會溝通，並於2014年12月2日召開全體理事會會議，會議決議延長畫作徵集時間。
二、函中決定各國初賽自行安排，不能超過104年7月底；北美賽區初賽4月截止，5月舉行複賽。
三、由於總決賽於104年8月中旬在加拿大卑詩省列治文奧林匹克館舉行。總決賽日期由原來5月1日延後至8月中旬舉行，因此為廣徵更多優秀作品，台灣賽區組委會經過開會決定延長畫作徵集至104年03月20日止，徵集畫作條件不變，敬請踴躍參加。
