二、教育部國民及學前教育署委託財團法人杏陵醫學基金會辦理旨揭比賽，計畫重點摘錄如下：
(一)目的：鼓勵學生創作，並提升教師性教育（含愛滋病防治）媒材研發風氣，激勵專業成長並鼓勵教師寓教於樂、落實性教育（含愛滋病防治）課程與教學。
(二)對象：全國公私立國小、國中及高中職在校學生，需有1至2名指導老師，且需為現職任教之教師（含代理代課教師）。
(三)報名方式及送件時間：一律採線上報名，即日起至109年3月13日止。
