為藉辦理生命教育教學融入式課程教材及教材教案比賽，研發創新之生命教育教材教案，並推廣研發之教案融入各領域教學活動，委由大園國中辦理旨案比賽，報名方式說明如下：
(一)參加對象：
１、本市公私立國民中學現職教師、代理、代課教師及實習教師。
２、每校務必參賽且以提報參賽作品1件為限，每件參賽作品作者可採合作方式進行，每件最多3人。
(二)徵件主題：生命教育教學融入式課程教材及教案設計，徵件規格請詳參本計畫。
(三)報名期限：
１、收件：自即日起至109年3月27日止（以郵戳日期為憑）備齊報名所需資料掛號逕寄大園國中。
(四)評審期間：109年4月1日至4月19日審查。
(五)得獎名單公布時間：109年5月上旬。
(六)獎勵辦法：經評選錄取特優2名，核敘嘉獎1次及稿費870元/千字，最高5,000元；優等3名，核敘奬狀1張及稿費870元/千字，最高3,000元；甲等5名，核敘奬狀1張及稿費870元/千字，最高2,000元。
