二、為提升全民環境素養，並以寓教於樂方式吸引民眾及學校師生學習環境知識，行政院環境保護署與教育部共同辦理旨揭競賽活動，競賽規劃內容及辦理期程摘要如下：
(一)競賽報名組別：分為國小組、國中組、高中(職)組及社會組共4組。
(二)競賽方式：採初賽及決賽兩階段辦理，初賽由各地方政府於108年9月至10月12日前完成辦理，各組取前5名進入決賽；決賽訂於108年11月16日於國立臺灣大學辦理。
(三)獎勵方式：進入決賽者頒發獎狀及獎金。
