一、依據臺中市政府教育局107年10月3日中市教課字第1070090250號函辦理。
二、時間及地點說明如下：
(一)時間：107年11月2日上午9時至下午3時30分。
(二)地點：國立中興大學社管大樓(臺中市南區興大路145號)。
(三)參加對象：
１、台中市國中小校長、主任、現職教師及代理代課教師。
２、各縣巿國中小校長、主任、現職教師及代理代課教師。
３、中部地區大專院校師培中心學生。
(四)交通方式：
１、因中興大學當週正值校慶週，校內車位有限，請盡量搭乘大眾運輸工具或共乘。若自行開車前往，請於報名表填報車號（當日可免停車費），如未事先提供車號，需自付停車費用，恕無法現場報名或當日變更。
２、107年11月2日上午9時於高鐵臺中站、9時30分於臺鐵臺中站提供接送服務，請於報名表事先登記，恕不受理現場報名。
(五)報名方式：即日起至107年10月22日(星期一)止填寫報名表，並寄至崇倫國中曾曉芬組長電子信箱：tc421@tc.edu.tw。全程參與教師依實核予5小時教師研習時數。
