一、旨揭研習會課程內容包括：專題報告─台電經營現況、認識再生能源、認識核能發電、電力建設與電磁場問題面面觀、極低頻磁場之環境暴露與健康風險問題探討、電力實驗設計與應用等，並安排參訪該公司龍門核能發電廠、深美變電所及七張變電所，以瞭解我國電力建設現況。
二、除往返集合地點之路程旅費由學員自理外，研習期間之膳、宿、交通、保險及行政等費用皆由該公司負擔。
