Scratch是美國麻省理工學院媒體實驗室為孩子設計的程式語言, 具三個特色:(1)低門檻,易學；(2)可以建構複雜的專案，作品複雜度高；(3)支援廣泛、多樣性的專案，能容納不同興趣的學習者。
一、營隊目的：本營隊以Scratch圖形化程式設計軟體，以組合積木的方式撰寫程式（不需具備程式設計基礎），透過課堂學習、分組討論、作品分享以及上機操作的過程，讓學生創作出混合故事、動畫、音樂、或遊戲的作品以有效引起學習動機。
二、營隊日期：8月13日- 8月15日(不過夜營隊)
三、主辦單位：中華民國應用商業管理協會
四、合辦單位：國立台北教育大學數位科技設計學系、晴佳國際有限公司
