一、依據教育部107年3月30日臺教師(二)字第1070047284號函辦理。
二、為達到全國教育實習資訊共享、強化教育實習制度，教育部委請國立彰化師範大學建置「全國教育實習資訊平臺」。
三、又為精進教育實習制度及配合師資培育法修正，加深教育實習輔導教師及實習機構承辦人員運用全國教育實習資訊平臺系統功能之「教育實習成績評量管理(新制)」操作程序，爰規劃辦理旨揭說明會，參加對象為中等學校、國民小學、幼兒園、特殊教育學校（班）之教育實習輔導教師及實習機構承辦人員，全程參與者將核給3小時及2小時研習時數。
四、請貴校教育實習機構輔導教師(已擔任或有意願擔任)及實習機構承辦人員於107年4月13日前至全國教師在職進修資訊網（https://www1.inservice.edu.tw/）報名參加（課程代碼：2381952），並請核給出席人員公(差)假及課務排代，由貴校校內人事費用項下支應，不足部分再函報本局申請。。
