二、參選資格：
(一)教師組：具中華民國國籍之公私立各級學校專任、兼任及退休教師，並領有教師證書或立案學校之聘書。
(二)學生組：具中華民國國籍之國內外各級學校在學學生。
三、徵選組別與項目：
(一)教師組：1.戲劇劇本（107年為現代戲劇劇本）、2.短篇小說、3.散文、4.詩詞（107年為新詩）、5.童話。
(二)學生組：1.戲劇劇本（107年為現代戲劇劇本）、2.短篇小說、3.散文、4.詩詞（107年為新詩）。
四、參選受理期間：自107年3月1日起至同年4月12日截止，採取先線上報名（網址：http://web.arte.gov.tw/philology/）後掛號郵寄送件之方式辦理，截止日以郵戳為憑。親送者必須於截止日下午5時前送達。
