一、依據教育部107年3月2日臺教師(二)字第1070029088號函辦理及本局107年2月27日桃教小字第1070014644號函諒達。
二、為強化教育實習指導教師、教育實習學生及教育實習機構之三聯關係，獎勵其對教育實習貢獻優異，教育部業以104年2月2日臺教師(二)字第1040002204B號令發布「教育部教育實習績優獎及獎勵要點」(以下簡稱本要點)在案，並委請國立彰化師範大學(以下簡稱承辦學校)協助辦理報名、審查等作業事宜。
三、茲摘述本要點注意事項及辦理期程：
(一)要點第3點第1項報名甄選截止為每年5月15日前。
(二)要點第6點第2項第5款教育實習合作團體獎每組參加對象及人數由教育實習指導教師、教育實習輔導教師及教育實習學生各1人組成為原則，如有特殊情形該參賽隊員之教育實習輔導教師有增加必要，應於檢送報名資料之公文說明理由，並以教育部實際審查結果為主。
(三)請各校積極宣導本獎項活動、鼓勵所屬學校人員（擔任教育實習機構學校及教育實習輔導教師）參與各師資培育之大學遴選推薦作業。
(四)教育部預定107年8月31日前公告得獎名單，並由教育部辦理頒獎典禮公開頒獎表揚。本要點電子檔及參賽資料表件業已公告於全國教育實習資訊平臺/教育實習績優獎專區/檔案下載項下（網址：https://eii.ncue.edu.tw/Practice/Apps/Sys/MasterIndex.aspx?flag=DownLoad）。
