一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署107年2月1日臺教國署國字第1070000775號函辦理。
二、為順利推動分組學習，國教署委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理「開發偏鄉國民中學數學科適性教學活動和課中補救教學成效評估計畫」，其中為使各校教師能夠嘗試構思針對抽離班學生的適性教學，爰針對參與數學科分組教學及抽離式課中補救教學計畫（包含參與國教署106學年度「國民中學英語及數學領域適性分組教學試辦計畫」及各地方政府自辦之數學科分組教學及抽離式課中補救教學計畫）辦理教案徵稿競賽。
三、本案請有參與適性分組教學及課中補救教學計畫之學校，鼓勵所屬教師組隊參加（每隊至少二人），報名期間為即日起至107年4月30日(星期ㄧ)止，參賽學校自行以紙本郵寄掛號方式寄至國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心何欣頤助理收，並將電子檔以電子郵件寄送檔案至教案比賽專用信箱：mathlearning6596@gmail.com，信件標題請使用「教案比賽_教案名稱」。
四、本案參賽作品經評審，分設獎項如下：特優1名，優選2名，佳作3名，共計6名，並得依送件品質從缺或調整得獎件數，得獎名單將於107年6月15日(星期五)前於國立臺灣師範大學數學教育中心官方網站公布評審結果，並個別通知得獎人。本案未竟事宜請逕洽何欣頤小姐，電話(02)7734-6596，email：learning.adaptive@gmail.com。
