一、依環境教育法第19條規定機關、公營事業機構、高級中等 以下學校及政府捐助基金累計超過百分之五十之財團法人 所有員工、教師、學生均應於每年參加4小時以上環境教 育，其中戶外學習應選擇環境教育設施或場所辦理。而為 拓展各界使用戶外環境提供更多學習機會，惠請貴局鼓勵 轄內相關機關單位踴躍前往環境教育設施場所進行戶外學 習。 二、目前已取得環境教育設施場所認證已達156處（名單如附 ），相關場所簡介可至本署(http://www.epa.gov.tw) >網站污染 管制 > 環保訓練 > 環境教育認證 > 環境教育設施場所手 冊及系列摺頁下載參閱，請貴局轉知並鼓勵轄內相關單位 未來辦理環境教育學習時參考，以鼓勵各界參與戶外學習
