說明：
一、課程目標：以教育部出版之「青少年家庭教育手冊（父母版）」為教材，針對青少年期之父母親，透過繪本、影片及討論，引導父母學習合適的親子教養及溝通方法，增進親子關係及家人關係。
二、研習時間：106年11月21日、23日、28日、30日及12月5日、7日等6場次（週二及週四19時至21時）。
三、研習地點：桃園市政府家庭教育中心2樓會議室（桃園市桃園區莒光街1號）。
四、研習對象：以家有青少年期子女之父母親（小學五年級以上）參加，以30名為限。因應研習者需求，父母親可帶學齡期（小學階段）子女參與，本中心另安排學齡期子女進行繪本導讀或電影賞析。
五、研習費用：免費。參與之家長及學齡期子女均需事先報名，不接受當天現場報名。
