一、依據教育部106年10月2日臺教師(一)字第1060142417號函暨該局106年9月29日文資物字第10630108302號函辦理。
二、為落實新修正文化資產保存法第65條、第66條之施行，協助中央政府機關(構)、國立學校、國立文物保管機構及國營事業辦理文物暫行分級工作，該局特委託逢甲大學辦理「文物普查專業輔導中心及研習推廣計畫」，本(106)年度規劃辦理文物普查建檔基礎課程及文物調查研究進階課程，以培訓文物普查及暫行分級專業人力。
三、本次文物普查進階研習班係接續文物普查基礎班課程，帶領學員進入實際的田野場域中，將基礎班教學內容實際運用，模擬演練普查工作之標準作業程序，以熟習文物普查研究過程、增加實作經驗，並藉此培養「文物研究」基礎能力，增進辦理文物暫行分級業務職能，請貴校辦理文物暫行分級業務或文物管理相關人員報名參加，並請以課務排代方式核予參加人員公差（假）。
四、本活動相關資訊如下：
(一)日期及地點：研習班分成兩場次辦理，各場次為兩天半課程，辦理如下：
１、中部場次：106年10月27、28、29日（星期五、六、日），地點：統一鹿港文創會館、鹿港龍山寺。
２、南部場次：106年11月3、4、5日（星期五、六、日），地點：國立臺南藝術大學圖書資訊大樓1樓。
(二)報名方式：一律使用線上報名，即日起至106年10月19 日（週四）截止，請至該部藝文活動報名系統填寫報名場次及個人相關資訊，網址：https://event.culture.tw/BOCH/portal/Registration/C0103MAction?actId=70027。

五、需取得公務人員認證時數者，中部場、南部場活動結束後各場次登記17小時認證時數；並分上午、下午兩次簽到退。各場研習全程參與者，得由文化部文資局發予結業證書。
